Expert advice for accountancy firm's clients

Weybridge-based Chartered Accountants Midgley Snelling is holding a seminar next month on how business owners and managers can improve their leadership skills and inspire their staff to achieve more.

‘Leadership in Turbulent Times’ will be presented by Jeff Grout of JG Consulting, who is regarded as one of the top business speakers in Britain.

He is an independent business consultant specialising in leadership, people management, team-building and performance, having previously been managing director of a leading independent recruitment consultancy and business manager to former England rugby coach Sir Clive Woodward. He also holds a number of corporate advisory and executive coaching roles and is a successful business author.

At the breakfast seminar, which takes place on November 10, Jeff will examine some important ways to achieve effective leadership, including coaching staff to achieve maximum performance, creating a motivating environment, communicating effectively, setting goals and objectives and leading effective change.
