Midgley Snelling Accountants Take Part in Charity Fun Run
Members of staff from Weybridge-based chartered accountancy firm Midgley Snelling took part in a fun run on June 7th in aid of charity.
Six members of staff from the firm joined forces with Mundays Solicitors to run five kilometres at Bushy Park near Hampton Court Palace, to raise much needed funds for Princess Alice Hospice.
The annual fun run, organised by Mundays Solicitors, was followed by refreshments, which included a popular cake stall, where the runners could indulge themselves after completing the run. The money from the cake stall, along with the donations raised by friends and family of the runners, will go to Princess Alice Hospice who is celebrating its 25 year anniversary.
James Beecher, partner at Midgley Snelling, said: “The team at Midgley Snelling are very keen to be actively involved in raising money for local charities, especially when a challenge is involved!
“I want to thank all of the members of staff who took part and a big thank you to everyone who supported us, the money is going to a very worthy cause.”
