Midgley Snelling partners to gain global insight
The partners at Weybridge-based chartered accountancy firm Midgley Snelling will be gaining further insights into the latest developments affecting businesses around the world when they take part in two conferences organised by the global MGI alliance.
Robin Sewell and Jonathan Farrow will be attending the MGI Central European Circle meeting in March, where Jonathan’s fluent German will no doubt come in handy, while James Beecher and Andrew Grout will be attending the MGI Asia Area Meeting in Delhi during April.
Both gatherings will give attendees the opportunity to network and share ideas with fellow members, as well as hearing insights from a range of guest speakers.
MGI is a global alliance of auditing, accounting and consulting firms, each of whom support each other by providing expert local advice and commercial knowledge to their fellow members and their clients. Founded by Midgley Snelling in 1947 it now has over 285 member offices in 82 countries.
James said: “An increasing number of our clients are looking to do business internationally, and MGI membership ensures that we are up to date with the latest developments, and able to refer work to experts in the relevant country where necessary.
“These conferences always provide us with an opportunity to learn more about what is going on in other parts of the world, as well as strengthening the relationships with network members which means that when work is referred to a fellow member you know they will be looked after.
“We’re looking forward to taking part in the upcoming conferences in Germany and India and are sure they will benefit us and our clients.”
