Stephen Yeates

Stephen is the managing partner at Midgley Snelling LLP and advises individuals and companies both in the UK and overseas on all aspects of audit, accountancy and taxation matters.

He has developed a specialisation in owner-managed businesses and advises international clients, particularly from Europe and the USA, on how to structure trade and investments offshore, as well as assisting clients in establishing operations in the UK.

Stephen has extensive experience in advising multi-million pound turnover service industries, groups and companies involved in international trade.
